To make the experience smooth and supportive for everyone, please take note of the following booking and cancellation terms: Booking & Payments Cancellations - More than 14 days before the retreat: Any balance paid will be refunded. - Less than 14 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, no refunds are possible. - You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you cannot attend. Cancellations by the Organizers - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded. Responsibility By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being during the retreat and that participation in all activities is at your discretion.
