Meet Your Facilitator: Thomas (Depal Dorje)

For more than three decades, Thomas has worked in music, teaching, contemplative practice, and sound therapy.
His background as a classically trained musician, educator, yoga teacher, sound therapist, and spiritual companion has shaped an approach that bridges technical understanding with intuitive presence. Rather than seeing sound as simply something we hear, Thomas invites participants to experience it as a pathway into deeper listening, nervous system regulation, presence, and connection.
His teaching style is warm, practical, experiential, and deeply personal, creating a supportive environment in which each participant can learn at their own pace.
