Service Description
Spend a weekend in the serene and nurturing nature of McGregor - the Wisdom School and the sanctuary of Home of Bliss, where you can reconnect deeply with your heart and your true essence. Your journey begins with a welcoming dinner followed by a sacred ixCacao ceremony the following evening to open your heart and set intentions for the weekend. You will move through gentle yoga flows, a meditative garden walk with journaling reflections, and sound baths that guide you into deep relaxation and inner harmony. Evenings close with yoga nidra, while the final morning offers japa meditation and a closing sound bath — bringing your experience full circle. Guiding this transformative retreat is Thomas, a sound therapist, musician, medicine man, and yoga teacher. His gentle presence and expertise in sound healing, movement, and meditation will support you in opening, balancing, and radiating from your heart — leaving you refreshed, aligned, and profoundly connected.
Cancellation Policy
We’re so delighted you’re considering joining us for this retreat. To make the experience smooth and supportive for everyone, please take note of the following booking and cancellation terms: Booking & Payments Bookings - a 50% deposit secures your spot, the balance is due 7 days before the retreat. Cancellations - More than 14 days before the retreat: Any balance paid will be refunded. - Less than 14 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, no refunds are possible. - You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you cannot attend. Cancellations by the Organizers - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded. Responsibility By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being during the retreat and that participation in all activities is at your discretion.
