We begin together on 17 February 2026, aligned with the New Moon and Solar Eclipse — a natural moment of reset, reflection, and intention-setting. This timing supports beginning gently, from a place of openness rather than force. 

 

Each day, you’ll be guided through a short reflection and prompt designed to help you:

  • anchor awareness in the body
